It is informational only and is not a clearance.

What the packet contains

  • Procedure tier and triggered rules in plain language.
  • Medication flags including GLP-1 medications and anticoagulants.
  • STOP-Bang OSA risk score with CPAP carry-on prompts when relevant.
  • Nutrition readiness with suggested staff actions.
  • Missing labs and records against the procedure tier.

What it is not

Not a medical clearance. Not a diagnosis. Not AI-decided — the readiness signal is rules-based and audit-logged. Final decisions remain with the surgeon and anesthesia team.
